Helo also does not provide insurance, advance compensation, service-quality guarantees, mandatory cancellation compensation, dispute adjudication, or emergency safety services. Any skills review, full identity verification, background checks, platform payments, escrow, user protection, compensation, dispute handling, and other planned features mentioned on product pages, demos, prototypes, roadmaps, or other materials are unavailable until Helo expressly announces that the feature has launched, and do not constitute a promise regarding the feature's content, launch timing, or service outcome. Helo cannot guarantee any user's identity, qualifications, integrity, safety, ability to pay, or service quality.
